This was our first time in the 25-years in our house that we used professional window cleaners…and this experienced team gets a A++. Well equipped and well organized truck with all their necessary gear. Prompt on time, courteous, efficient and thorough. They did (outside only for our house) 4 second story windows, 3 first story windows and 3 sliding glass doors (plus cleaned the screens) in an hour! Must be owner operated as they were very proud of their work. Will now intend to use them 2-4 times a year as their rate was very reasonable.

Juan is simply the best! He is professional and punctual and did an incredible job. He cleaned all my windows thoroughly, both upstairs and downstairs, removed and washed all the screens and even washed my skylights for free. Excellent service at an affordable price. I am so happy I took the chance and hired Seaside Property Masters to clean my windows. I NEVER buy anything from door to door sales people-whether it’s goods or services, I typically won’t do it. HOWEVER, something was different about Juan and Julian. They were so personable and pleasant and offered such a great deal- something told me to take a chance on them. I’m so happy I did. Juan showed up at my home and got right to work. They meticulously cleaned every window, screen, track, and every little nook and cranny. The results were outstanding! I couldn’t be happier with the job they did, and I wholeheartedly recommend them. Their prices were also very reasonable, which is a nice bonus!

Juan from seaside was the best! I would give 10 stars if I could. My house was NO EASY TASK! I had faulty sprinkler system which had been spraying hard water on my windows for years. You can imagine how bad my water stains were. I tried to clean it myself multiple times until I finally decided to call a professional. Juan showed up on time. He explained to me what he was going to do. He even went out of his way to clean under the track for the sliding door. I am glad I called seaside, my windows look great!

Juan is a hardworking Individual and he did a great job on my windows. I was calling around for window cleaners and he was my first call. He went to my home and gave me an estimate, all within 30 minutes. When I agreed to his price he started cleaning my windows right at that moment. I was fortunate to find Juan, he finished all my windows and came back to meet me later that evening for me to inspect his work. He did a great job and is a hardworking Individual working guy.
